follow that glow
When I'm around certain people, and one particular person as of late, I see so much energy.
Interestingly, it isn't actually the other person glowing. It's as if I'm seeing my own energy field tune in and turn on. My hands buzz. I'm seeing all this wavy energy around myself, almost like heat off a highway.
Okay, I hear you. He turns me on or heats me up. Right on. But this only happens in certain moments, with certain people, and as sensual as I can be they are simply just not all turning me on. LOL. It's a signal to me to pay attention because there's something in me digging this or that can learn from this person. It's a pay attention signal, a 'hello' from myself, 'notice this now.' It's quite beautiful having such a physical signal.
By the way, this started back when I first learned Reiki. I love teaching energy work to others. Seeing the wonder on someone's face when they first feel the energy in their hands. Awesome. Anyway....
When I see myself glow, I follow the signal. And isn't it sweet to seriously say, "I just glow when i'm around him" ?
I've heard from others that they get physical sensations that signal them. Feel free to share yours.

I call mine "the hum". Sometimes happens when I'm rapping with someone and all of a sudden there's like a hum or vibration in me that says "listen". I suppose it could be the connection and I'm feeling it, but it's also happened a few times with virtual strangers. One time I was talking with a stranger about public radio, This American Life, and we had listened to the same episode and she talked about her take on it, was pretty passionate about it, we're on the same wavelength and suddenly HUM and she said exactly what I needed to hear to make a decision in my life. Doesn't happen all the time, but it's interesting to me when it does.

I love that feeling of being around someone who seems to glow and resonates with my own glow. I used to remember to intend that experience everyday because it leaves you feeling so high and alive...and connected. I forget sometimes now but thanks for reminding me. I use colors a lot to pick people out who might be buzzing at a similiar frequency and have that "feel good" energy. Blues and purples do it for me but I find that people who choose to wear certain colors that appeal to me, often have good vibes. Also notice when I wear certain colors that I love, people are more attracted to me. Not sure what this is about but it works for me.

As psychology and marketing studies have shown, colors do affect people's emotion and attraction.
For you though...when you're wearing a color you love, you're simply radiating more 'feel great' and that's far more powerful of an attraction than any color could ever be....
