Hello Intuitive Friends,

There is a phenomenal Energy Shift happening right now. I can hardly keep up with all your questions! And I feel like I'm growing exponentially every 3 days. What is happening and how can you experience the unfolding? There are Stages of Spiritual Development that we spiral through dynamically, and right now this Energy Shift is moving us into the consciousness stage of Being; collectively, one person at a time.

The stage of BEING, creation is happening AS Me, is at the core of this energy shift for you.

The influx of energy this past month is like nothing I’ve ever experienced energetically. At the same time, it isn’t really new teachings but a new experience of them deeply embodied. In a way, it is moving from concept and occasional practice to moment-to-moment presence being the teachings themselves. As least that’s how I am experiencing the shift. But most people calling me are asking what they are doing wrong and why it is so hard. It doesn't have to be hard. You can embrace this next stage of your evolution and our humanity’s evolution. Even reading about this, if you read with your heart mind, will nurture the seeds of this energy within your consciousness this moment.

How some of you are experiencing this energy

Uncomfortable experiences:
why can’t I get grounded anymore, what are all these negative thoughts and emotions coming up so strongly right now, why do my head and bones ache, what am I doing wrong, why am I feeling other people’s energy, what is reality, am I losing my mind (which in way, you are).

Beautiful experiences:
connection with the stars, sense of cosmic connection, wanting to reach up, strong impressions to be in nature and move and care for your body, thoughts of evolution of humanity, sense of spirits surrounding you, elastic time, noticing a perfection in all your experiences, interconnectedness, and other experiences of beauty, grace, compassion and oneness with all beings.

The beauty of the wisdom of this energy is helping move out of the discomfort/comfort duality that is always grasping at having things perfect rather than flow with an evolving awareness that is perfect. This Energy Shift is calling you out of allowing intuition to move through you, and into a state of intuitive being each moment.

Call to action

Embrace what is so
Very likely, your ego is grasping and afraid of losing itself. As always, go into and question your thoughts and fears with an open mind. Don’t argue with the reality of your experiences or assume you are doing something wrong. Why do I know this true? Because your whole body is tight and frustrated when you resist or are afraid. The light and open way is embracing what is so, available to experience truth. Celebrate each moment in gratitude.

Step outside of Good/Bad paradigm
The wisdom of this consciousness is about moving out of the Good/Bad and Spirit/Ego paradigm into a merging and great perfection of being the evolving creation. There’s no end game. There is this moment which is dynamic, evolving, creating. You are being re-informed about what ‘good’ and ‘highest good’ means. Are you trying to manifest what you want, trying to avoid what you don’t want, and assuming if things aren't manifested you must doing something wrong? Isn’t it true, however, that you can look back at a difficult experience in your past and see how it grew you? Well, why then do you avoid discomfort or experiences that aren’t picture perfect? Don’t judge your experience as either good or bad. Simply embrace what is, now. The peace is not out there or in the future, it is right inside this moment with a thought.

Follow the rhythm
If you get guidance to go outside, go outside. If a thought comes to you to repot the plants, do it. Not later tonight, but right now. The energy is coming in waves of movement and stillness, and is re-informing us of perfect timing, planning and creating. I've never experienced anything like it. It is so physical and like a map the energy is showing me the bigger picture and the day-to-day way to embody this way of being. Follow the thoughts that come TO your mind. Create in harmony with the flow as it pulses as you and shows you the way and your essence.

In service to your evolving radiantly, I offer several opportunities this week to shift, transform, expand and celebrate your essence. I'm happy to be of service and wishing you freedom and radiance in whatever way you explore. I realize many of you are struggling with this energy and can even be discouraged by my being so blissed out. But maybe that's only because you want it, too, and doubt if you can experience it.
