Notice where your will is coming from
As you become more aligned with your soul, your will merges with divine will. You don't just get insight for a choice or guidance on occasion, but are a constant flow of energy moment to moment. With your will aligned there is less resistance inside you. Choices are clearer because you are clearer. In fact, your actions simply arise out of your being and serve both you and the whole.

Be moved rather than just guided by "hits"
Rather than seeking a "hit" or intuitive guidance, it's more of a constant flow. With no separation within (okay, less separation, let's be realistic), a recognition of your interconnectedness with all of life (translation: "it's just not personal"), along with a clear sense of impermanence (translation: it's only temporary!) you manifest spontaneously. There are some movements and phrases to help evoke this merged state of mind quickly and consistently; but what I notice is that it is much easier to stay here. Choice arises out of your clear being as you flow with the lightness of your soul. Manifestation is less about what I want in the future and more about service to the whole this moment.

Less resistance = happier manifestation & being
There is an ease to this merged way of being because you don’t resist the current of your soul or the current of what is around you. Your every action is infused with the infinite energy; increasing the impact, the power, the potential, the creation. Even when there is a challenge, you are full of energy to rise to it. Most of our energy is wasted in resistance. So all experiences are easier even when not comfortable.

Does this make sense? If something is yucky to you, and you resist it...it is yucky plus resistance rather than just yucky. And what happens then is quite extraordinary. Without resistance, it doesn't even seem quite so yucky...it just seems like what is. And it is clearer how to best move with, into, around or away from the yucky (rather than the ego's default protection). This can be quite a mind-bender at first; especially if you thought things would never be yucky if you are all spiritual and think only positive thoughts. This is the ultimate happiness, because happiness is no longer circumstantial but ever present within. Loving this alignment! (And isn't yucky such a profound word! Oh, the simple truths.)

What about my stuff that keeps coming up?
Thank you peeps all over the world for sharing your experiences, struggles and insights so transparently and openly...and for taking leaps! I’m honored to see so many people awakening. The ancients spoke of the changes coming in 2012. Well, here we are. Whatever your common defenses are may be stirring and whatever is not aligned is being purged to make room for this new awareness.

Okay, can you say uncomfortable!? Well, there are huge waves of energy here to support you! The old paradigm of fixing, fixing, fixing is changing though, folks. How many techniques can you learn and books can you read until you realize the way is in you! Merge and go right to the core, right through any technique; the way of your being is what will carry you into this next phase!

It's not about this specific retreat! It's not about any technique, ever! It's about the time, now! It's about the energy that is here! It's about where you are and your soul calling you.
