what to expect at a playgroup

Each month there is a different theme and tool practiced. In addition to psychic games, group activities may also include visualization, energy checking, meditation, card readings, rock readings, connecting with guides, chanting, vibe checks, vision boards, automatic writing...and whatever practical and spirited activities help us sense vibration and explore ways to connect to our insight. It is common to hear someone say, "I had no idea I could do that!"

Our activities include an overarching theme, such as free will, witnessing, non-judgment, what is true, forgiveness, gratefulness, faith, embracing fear, etc.

We are an open group and newcomers and guests are always welcome. We are continually exploring something new and it is easy to jump right in.

The group is based on the books and teachings of Sonia Choquette and part of a network of groups around the world called Six Sensory™ World. Meredith is a Certified Six Sensory™ Leader and Teacher trained by Sonia Choquette.
