Intuitive Development Program

Access your practical inner guidance

Learn practical ways you can access your inner wisdom and use it for reliable guidance in all areas of your life. This is an in-depth "live the experience" program with focus on: the structure of intuition; techniques for accessing 'intuitive channels'; removing blocks to intuition.

All classes are experiential. The classes are also small so you will receive individualized assistance and have opportunities for asking specific questions. You will receive a personalized "invitation" to focus on over the span of the program.

This class is specifically designed to provide support for you between classes. Have you ever taken a class, gotten a charge and motivation, then gone back to daily life and wondered, "how does this apply specifically to me in real-life?" Well, you can ask questions between classes. And with three classes separated by a month each you will have the opportunity to apply and integrate what you learn.

Class 1: 1 day class, $195
Focus: Intuitive Way: asking intuitive questions (the Hourglass Method); the structure of intuition; accessing intuitive channels understanding and your intuitive style; sensing and interpreting energy data; 3 Step Intuitive Process; the Conscious; practical practice for insight on your own life now.

Class 2: 1 day class, $195
Focus: Intuitive Knowing: techniques for refining your sensitivity to energy; asking yes/no questions; asking open-ended questions; accessing answers from your body; accessing your Highest Self; flowing with energy; removing blocks to intuition; the Subconscious; practical practice for insight on your own life now.

Class 3: 1 day class, $195
Focus: Intuitive Being: handling complexity and ambiguity; letting go of 'right and wrong'; being a more objective observer; telling the difference between intuition, thoughts and fears; accessing more detail and clarity; accessing future and past information to help in the moment; 4 Stages of Spiritual Development; the Superconscious; practical practice for insight on your own life now.

Meredith will teach organically, adapting to the individuals in the class as her intuition guides. The techniques will be differentiated to stretch the most experienced intuitive while working fully for those new to consciously accessing their intuition.

Reiki (ray-key), meaning 'Universal Life Force Energy," is an ancient eastern technique for enlightenment and healing. It is the creative energy of life that is within us, in all living things and all around us. Learn to use this powerful hands-on technique for healing, balancing and integrating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

All 3 classes, which should be taken in order, include:

Level 3 Shinpiden, Master: 1 day class, $195
Focus: more advanced energy medicine and working with chakras and different energy fields; refining your ability to sense and communicate energy; continuing to integrate and expand your own energy; being Reiki in all your life; teaching Reiki to others.

Attunement to Reiki and what to expect
As part of the experience you will be attuned to Reiki energy (different energy each level) which will shift your energy and raise your vibration. Personal experiences with attunements vary, but can include an increase in psychic sensitivity, a change in seeing or sensing energy, a feeling of warmth or tingly in the hands or other parts of the body, a greater sense of peace and well-being. The energy will integrate into your being over the following months as you practice. It is a peaceful and powerful experience.

You do not need to be (or plan to be) 'a healer' to take this class. We are all healers of our own body. The skills may be used on yourself, and also for family, friends or clients.

All classes are experiential; you will give and receive Reiki. Please drink plenty of water the week before class. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Ask questions & practice your intuition

I'm going to open the lines for anyone to ask personal or general questions on any topics of interest to you.

Everyone will have the opportunity to have at least one question answered, and possibly several. I will use my intuition to give you the insights you need now.

Because we all share a common connection, you will find that answers to others' questions will likely speak to you, as well.

You can receive input from other callers if you want, so this is a wonderul opportunity to practice using intuition, too.

Intui-teen Workshop

Intuitive Exploration for Teens

Intuition is your life's guiding compass. The early you use it, the easier it is for you. When I work with adults, most of the time is spent "undoing" things that block intuition...so start exploring your intuition now!

In this workshop, we'll play different creative intuitive games (like Psychic Poker, Vibe Charades, Intuitive Spin the Bottle, and The Alphabet Game). We'll also explore how your body is a like an antennae to pick up up different vibes... you can tune yourself to pick up what you need and ignore the rest. You will receive guidance on ways you can give yourself psychic protection, connect with angelic guides, how you can practice using your intuition every day, and how intuition works in harmony with reason. You don't need any prior experience...just a desire to explore.

Like anything, practicing and using your intuition makes it stronger. So come play with yours.
